Employee Relations Associate

About the Role

The Employee Relations (ER) Associate provides a broad range of professional employee relations activities, including employee consulting, conflict resolution, policy interpretation, and triaging high-level employee relations concerns to the appropriate ER Investigator. This role interacts with all levels of leadership regarding coaching, legal compliance, and discipline, maintaining a high level of confidentiality and independent decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate and communicate with team members to understand their concerns.
• Counsel and provide guidance and support to team members, resolving their issues.
li>Understand and ensure company policies and procedures are up-to-date and aligned with industry best practices.
• Aid communication between leaders and team members to resolve issues.
• Work closely with the broader Employee Relations team and regional HR teams to deliver high-quality customer service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• 2-5+ years of proven work experience in Human Resources.
• 1-3 years of employee relations experience strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of employment law (e.g., FLSA, COBRA, ADA, FMLA).
