About the role
To provide specialized Learning design & delivery support to the North America PRO retail teams. This role will support implementation of learning projects through learning creation and facilitation, key stakeholder and client group communication, some Learning Management System administration and reporting, and project management for Learning goals.
They will collaborate closely with the Global Employee Learning Experience team, People division, and leadership stakeholders for NA Retail client groups to support the deployment of NA learning Initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver elevated and impactful learning experiences on an array of topics including Product Knowledge, Selling & Service, Leadership Development, Business Accumen, and Job Skills.
- Ensure that team and stakeholder communications are dealt with appropriately and in a timely fashion.
- Support tasks in our Learning Management System, ensuring all training is uploaded, assigned, recorded, and reported on appropriately.
- Generate and analyze Learning completion reporting and Learner feedback surveys.
- Absorb and communicate effectively with the Employee Learning Experience team and other business units to support and enable efficient coordination of learning events.
- Become fluent in our Learning creation software, Articulate, to design tools for NA-specific needs.
- Certify in targeted Learning programming to facilitate when needed.
- Deliver instructor-led learning content in-person or virtually in a compelling and inspiring fashion.
- Manage Learner communication, tasks, and troubleshooting related to Learning Management System, eLearnings, and instructor-led trainings.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to support implementation and adoption of global talent development tools and initiatives.
Requirements
- Prior Learning & Development experience preferred.
- Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong presentation skills or facilitation experience preferred.
- Strong project management skills to balance multiple stakeholders.
- Ability to process information from more than one source accurately.
- Professional attitude and approach to work.
- Ability to competently operate Rise & Articulate.
- Capable to communicate at all levels in a clear and concise manner.
Qualifications
- Ability to work on more than one project at a time.
- Creative ability and strong copyrighting skills to design and refine Learning collateral.

Benefits
Salary range: $63,500 - $114,105 annually.
