Employee & Labor Relations Manager

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Associate’s degree required
• 5 years of experience required in HR within a union environment
• Strong preference in Labor & Employee Relations
• Knowledge of Federal, State and City laws (e.g. FMLA, ADA, ESSTA, PFL, NRC guidelines)
• Knowledgeable on conducting investigations
• Knowledge of unions and CBAs
