EMPLOYEE HEALTH NURSE, LPN REQUIRED - PRN

Short Description

Adheres to departmental procedures and policies.

Maintains working knowledge of regulatory standards and is accountable to sustain these standards in daily operations.

Captures details of various surveillance screenings and immunization programs.

Collects and enters data into Lawson and EPIC systems.

Reports statistics on compliance and provides data to various hospital committees.

Maintains and calibrates surveillance equipment.

Orders medical supplies for surveillance and immunization programs.

Identifies and implements process improvements to screening programs, including scheduling coordination and form management.

Supports LOA/WC inquiries for Labor and Operations (LOA/WC).

Experience Required

• Minimum of 1 year acute care experience required.
• Employee Health experience preferred.

Education Requirements

• Graduate of a practical nursing program from an accredited school.

Licenses/Certifications Required

• Current NJ LPN license.
• BLS (AHA) certification.
