Scope

The Employee Health, Infection Control Quality RN is a pivotal Quality Services role charged with safeguarding the health of our workforce, minimizing healthcare-associated infections, and elevating staff competency through targeted education.

• Strategic Employee Health Management/Programs
• Infection Control and Surveillance
• Education and Competency Development
• Policy and Procedure Oversight
• Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Continuous Improvement and Data Analytics

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing; Master’s preferred
• RN license (State of LA or Compact) and certification in Infection Control (CIC) strongly preferred
• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in infection control, employee health
• Knowledge of regulatory standards (CDC, OSHA, Joint Commission, CMS)

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and learning management systems
