Employee Experience Specialist

We're looking for an Employee Experience Specialist to own the events, culture, and everyday moments that make Workshop feel like Workshop - from quarterly retreats and team outings to employee recognition programs and the day-to-day vibe of the office. The right person really cares about creating experiences that help employees feel seen and included every day. Our mission is to create more Happy Mondays for employees everywhere, and you’ll play an incredibly meaningful and crucial part in delivering on that mission internally.
