About the Role
As the Employee Engagement & IT Support Specialist, you'll keep Ancora's day-to-day tech running smoothly while helping employees feel heard, supported, and set up for success. This entry-level, onsite role exists to remove friction so clinicians and teams can focus on care.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and support company software; troubleshoot access issues and data swipes
- Set up EMR access for new hires; configure Microsoft Office logins and provide basic training
- Coordinate fleet operations for company vehicles
- Assist with Employee Engagement activities such as quarterly activities, annual outings, monthly meetings, and general employee experience efforts
Requirements
- Tech-savvy with a service-first mindset
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- EMR experience is a plus
- Ability to pass a background and drug screen
Pay
$24-$27/hr, depending on experience.
Schedule
Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm.
