The Employee Experience Specialist is the on‑the‑ground heartbeat of the Weirton site, owning the programs, moments, and logistics that make Form a place where people feel welcome, celebrated, and connected to something bigger than themselves. This role lives on the factory floor, not behind a desk — you'll spend most of your time in and around production, working directly with the manufacturing workforce across shifts. It is a hands‑on, high‑visibility role suited for someone who loves building community and can move seamlessly from executing a site‑wide lunch, to designing an onboarding experience, to helping employees get set up during Open Enrollment.
