About the role

Be the primary point of contact for employee experience in the US, supporting local team members, remote employees, and office visitors. Team up with the People Ops Partner to make onboarding and the overall employee experience feel seamless. Own the welcome experience from start to finish, including preboarding info, welcome packs, and local touches that make people feel at home on day one. Plan and support internal events, team gatherings, and local community activities. Identify gaps across the employee journey and turn them into practical improvements. Partner with the Employee Experience Program Manager to keep local execution aligned with company-wide programs.

Run the day-to-day experience of our Austin office, including facilities, vendor management, workplace services, and employee requests. Manage coworking accounts for our New York and San Francisco hubs. Support team offsites and business events with workplace and logistics coordination. Streamline vendor management, automate repetitive work, and cut unnecessary coordination.
