About the role
The Employee Experience Manager will lead initiatives aimed at enhancing the overall employee experience across all levels of the organization. This includes fostering a positive work environment, improving communication channels, and implementing strategies to increase employee engagement and satisfaction.Responsibilities

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a technology or digital transformation setting.
- Proven ability to manage and motivate a diverse workforce.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience with AI tools and their integration into HR processes.
