Employee Experience Coordinator
About the role
The Employee Experience Coordinator plays a key role in keeping CTI's employee training and onboarding experience organized, on track, and running smoothly. This is a highly collaborative, people-focused role where strong coordination and attention to detail make all the difference.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule training sessions, onboarding activities, and company learning events
- Track employee participation, course progress, and completion details
- Support end-to-end new hire onboarding coordination to ensure a great first experience
- Communicate with employees, trainers, and managers to keep everything aligned and on schedule
- Maintain and update CTI-U (our learning portal), ensuring content is organized and accessible
- Aid employees with questions, access issues, and general training support
- Create and update training materials, including light video editing
- Support training sessions and serve as a backup for new hire orientations
- Generate basic reports on training activity and completion
- Jump in on team projects and lend a hand wherever needed
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in an administrative, coordinator, or support role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and schedules
- High attention to detail—you catch the little things others miss
- Experience coordinating events, schedules, or group activities is a big plus
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and basic reporting tools
- Exposure to training, onboarding, or LMS tools is helpful (but not required)
- Basic video editing experience (even personal or school projects is okay!)
- Strong communication skills and a willingness to jump in and help
