Employee Dining Attendant
About the role
Four Seasons Hotel Philadelphia is seeking an Employee Dining Attendant to join their Culinary team. This role is responsible for creating a clean, welcoming, and well-stocked employee dining experience by preparing and replenishing food items, maintaining cafeteria standards, and supporting daily food service operations.
What You Will Do
- Prepare and replenish cold food items for employee meal periods.
- Monitor food and supply levels and communicate replenishment needs to the Culinary team.
- Maintain accurate inventory levels of food and non-food items, including menu cards, utensils, and napkins.
- Inspect food quality and expiration dates, removing and replacing items as needed.
- Ensure employee dining areas remain clean, organized, and fully stocked throughout service.
- Partner with the Stewarding team to maintain sanitation and cleanliness standards.
- Set up and break down employee meal service stations.
- Support a positive and welcoming dining experience for all employees.
What You Bring
- Previous Food & Beverage, cafeteria, restaurant, or hospitality experience preferred.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Attention to detail with a commitment to food quality, cleanliness, and safety standards.

Schedule & Hours
Full-time availability. Hours may include mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business needs.
