Job Summary
The Employee & Business Communications Lead, working under limited supervision, is responsible for leading planning and messaging for enterprise and employee communications, including HR initiatives and select business-facing communications that affect the broader organization. This role develops communication plans, shapes enterprise-facing messaging and provides strategic communications support to HR and business leaders. The role helps translate complex topics into clear, actionable communication that supports enterprise alignment and employee understanding.
Job Responsibilities
- Develops communications plans for enterprise initiatives, including OHI, CEO Excellence, launches and other priority programs.
- Ledrs HR communications, including employee campaigns and leadership messaging.
- Shapes enterprise-facing messaging from business units when the communication impacts the broader organization.
- Provides strategic communications support and guidance to HR and business leaders.
- Translates complex topics into clear, actionable messaging for employee and leader audiences.
- PARTNERS WITH COMMUNICATIONS COLLEAGUES TO ALIGN ENTERPRISE, HR AND BUSINESS COMMUNICATIONS ACROSS RELEVANT CHANNELS.
- SUPPORTS COMMUNICATION PLANNING, MESSAGE DEVELOPMENT AND STAKEHOLDER COORDINATION FOR EMPLOYEE-FACING INITIATIVES.
Job Qualifications
- 8 to 12+ years of communications experience.
- Insurance industry experience preferred.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Experience supporting enterprise or employee-facing initiatives.
- Ability to translate complex topics into clear, actionable messaging.
