Employee Benefits Unit Supervisor

Position Summary

The Employee Benefits Unit Supervisor oversees assigned team, providing oversight, training, and support while maintaining departmental operations.

Supervisory Responsibilities

• Participate in interviewing and evaluation of prospective employees
• Provide training and guidance regarding department procedures
• Participate in disciplinary and termination issues
• Ensure compliance with policies and procedures
• Implement new procedures and/or changes
• Ensure smooth and efficient operation of department
• Act as liaison between producers and support staff
• Solve employee issues regarding workflow, agency procedures, with producers and clients

Experience and Education

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Account Management
• Bachelor's degree preferred

Licensing and Credentials

• Employee Health and Life License (Active)

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift 25 pounds
• Repeated use of sight, hearing, speech, repetitive hand movements, walking, bending, sitting, reaching, and stretching
