Position Summary
The Employee Benefits Unit Supervisor oversees assigned team, providing oversight, training, and support while maintaining departmental operations.
Supervisory Responsibilities
- Participate in interviewing and evaluation of prospective employees
- Provide training and guidance regarding department procedures
- Participate in disciplinary and termination issues
- Ensure compliance with policies and procedures
- Implement new procedures and/or changes
- Ensure smooth and efficient operation of department
- Act as liaison between producers and support staff
- Solve employee issues regarding workflow, agency procedures, with producers and clients

Experience and Education
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Account Management
- Bachelor's degree preferred
Licensing and Credentials
- Employee Health and Life License (Active)
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift 25 pounds
- Repeated use of sight, hearing, speech, repetitive hand movements, walking, bending, sitting, reaching, and stretching
