Qualifications/Requirements

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a relevant industry.
• Ability to demonstrate consistent production numbers.

• Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as needed.

Compensation Package

Base Salary: $50,000 to $200,000+ (commensurate with experience)
Commission Splits: Competitive, with most shops offering 40/30 splits
