About the role

The Employee Benefits Operations Lead plays a crucial role in driving growth and success within the Employee Benefits practice. This role involves supporting and optimizing operations, collaborating with various departments, and managing cross-selling initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage programs to support sales and client management teams.
• Track and coordinate cross-selling initiatives with other practices.
• Identify and implement strategies to retain and grow client relationships.
• Partner with marketing to design and execute national campaigns.
• Coordinate regional and local market support activities.
• Support carrier and partner engagement by collecting and analyzing performance data.
• Oversee training and learning initiatives for the Employee Benefits practice.
• Manage event planning and execution for Employee Benefits-related activities.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and Power BI.
