Employee Benefits Attorney - Remote

About the role

Our client, a well-known regional law firm with a national presence is seeking a mid- to senior-level Employee Benefits attorney for the firm's Upstate New York offices. Remote arrangements will be considered.

Requirements

• Four to ten years of experience with Employee Benefits law
• Experience with all areas of employee benefits, including but not limited to ERISA, the design, establishment, maintenance and operations of various retirement, welfare, and fringe benefit plans
• Knowledge of employee benefits laws, regulations, and compliance requirements
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong academic background
• Enthusiasm for client service and initiative

Pay

As of this posting, the estimated annual base salary range for this position is $139,000 – $192,000. Actual base salary will be based upon criteria such as experience, qualifications and skill level.
