Employee Benefits Apprenticeship Program

About the role

This two year apprenticeship program combines college coursework with on the job training to jumpstart an individual into a rewarding and stable career. Kapnick will cover the cost of tuition, and pay an hourly wage to the apprentice.

Responsibilities

• Attend Jackson College classes
• Participate in on-the-job training at Kapnick Insurance
• Gain knowledge and skills in insurance
• Build professional and interpersonal skills
• Prepare for a full-time job with benefits upon completion

• High School Diploma or GED
• Committed to attending Jackson College
• Desire and dedication to complete the two-year program
