Employee Benefits Advisor (Producer) - Insurance Advisory Solutions

Primary Responsibilities

• Presents proposals professionally, ensuring thorough coverage reviews.
• Communicates effectively with clients, prospects, insurance company partners, and the service team.
• Fulfills sales obligations, collecting necessary documents and briefing the service team.
• Develops and maintains relationships through community involvement, seminars, networking, and referrals.
• Provides accurate, timely, and complete information and recommendations for new accounts.
• Maintains knowledge of the insurance industry and underwriting criteria.
• Represents the firm positively in the community and with insurance company partners.
• Improves the firm, business segment, and processes.
• Brings issues to leadership's attention.
• Maintains monthly new business goals.

Education and Experience Requirements

• No certification or license required; however, maintaining all required licenses as per state regulations is mandatory.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Willingness to learn and adapt to other necessary programs or software systems used by the firm.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Demonstrates alignment with the firm’s core values and culture.
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to learn and adapt to other necessary programs or software systems used by the firm.
