Compensation Package Salary Range: $70,000 - $120,000 (commensurate with experience)Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package offeredWork Arrangement: Hybrid/flexible work options available Responsibilities Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new business and retain existing clients.Manage a portfolio of mid-market accounts, focusing on employee benefits for groups of 50-500 lives.Collaborate with internal teams to quote new and renewal business.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and best practices to provide clients with expert guidance.Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the organization. Qualifications/Requirements Licensure: Active Life & Health (L&H) license required.Experience: Minimum of 2+ years of experience in employee benefits sales or a related field.Proven track record of success in managing mid-market accounts, particularly in the 100-200 lives range.Strong understanding of employee benefits products and services.Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Familiarity with larger agencies or brokers is preferred.
