Responsibilities
- Conduct consultative sales conversations with prospects to uncover needs
- Build and maintain relationships with C‑suite executives and business owners
- Present competitive and sophisticated employee benefits solutions
- Collaborate with agency experts and support staff to deliver risk management solutions
- Manage new business development and renewal of existing accounts

Qualifications
- 2+ years outside B2B sales experience (required)
- Employee benefit insurance experience (preferred)
- Valid Life and Health insurance license, or willingness to obtain one within 30 days of employment
