About the role

Seneca Foods Corporation in Blue Earth, Minnesota, is seeking seasonal production workers for the 2026 production season.

• Peas – mid-June to late July
• Corn – late July to early October

This timeline is tentative and may be affected by weather and crop availability. Seneca offers safe working conditions, paid overtime for hours worked over 40 per week, 12-hour shifts, and on-the-job training. The manufacturing plant typically operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, but start and end times for shifts may vary, as well as the number of days worked per week due to weather and crop availability.

Responsibilities

• Perform various roles on the production line in our food processing plant, handling fresh vegetables.
• Regularly carry out sanitation duties to prepare the plant for the next scheduled production.
• Provide relief during other employees' break periods.
• Follow all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and safety policies/procedures.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Perform other assigned tasks.

Pay

Starting pay range based on skills and experience: $14.88 to $15.99 per hour.
