About the Role
The Guest Control Agents are primarily responsible for inventory management to maximize sales opportunities in Customer Service. This includes assigning room blocks for groups and guest preferences. Customer Service Representatives rely on Guest Control Agents to manage the inventory and analyze reports. This function directly impacts guests' satisfaction with room accommodations. Guest Control Agents also assist in the check-in process and communication of hotel services and promotions. This position involves leading other employees, giving instructions, and may include training. The Guest Control Agent position is an excellent opportunity for a Customer Service Representative with experience looking to advance their career in management.
