Brief Description

A typical day might include greeting guests with a welcoming smile, providing fast and friendly service, accurately taking and preparing drink orders, monitoring guest consumption, promoting Big Night Entertainment Group, maintaining a clean and stocked work environment, and resolving service problems with empathy.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years bartending experience in a high-volume, upscale food and beverage environment required
• TIPS or other recognized Alcohol Certification a plus and will be required if chosen for the position
• Must be able to pass Big Night Entertainment Group's requirements in regards to legal background check
• A neat and professional appearance
• Ability to communicate effectively and accurately with customers, the public and co-workers
• Ability to demonstrate teamwork with other staff members
• Ability to accurately count money and provide necessary change

Will be required to continuously reach, bend, lift, carry, stoop and wipe. Non-typical hours will be customary including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Open availability including weekends is a must.
