About the role
We are seeking an Emerging Threats Portfolio Lead to build, scale, and lead a portfolio of work across national security and complex risk environments, primarily within DoD/DoW, DHS, and related agencies.
Responsibilities
- Working with our Business Development team, establish and grow a book of business within DoD/DoW, DHS, and adjacent mission spaces
- Inform a qualified pipeline with clear ownership of growth targets
- Convert opportunities into wins, including new work and expansion efforts
- Shape opportunities pre-RFP through direct client engagement
- Build relationships with decision-makers and partners
- Lead or support capture, including positioning, teaming, and solutioning
- Contribute directly to revenue growth and profitability
- Lead execution across a portfolio, ensuring strong client outcomes, quality, and margin
- Serve as a trusted advisor in high-consequence environments

- Help evolve offerings aligned to client needs
Requirements
- 10+ years supporting DoD/DoW, DHS, FEMA, CISA, DTRA, homeland security, resilience, emergency management, national security, cyber policy, critical infrastructure, or related federal mission areas
- Experience contributing to or leading pipeline development and capture
- Strong network within DoD/DoW, DHS, or related federal agencies
- Experience leading complex program delivery (scope, budget, staffing)
- Experience operating in a consulting, advisory, or professional services environment
- Ability to obtain a Top-Secret security clearance
Qualifications
- Prior management of a portfolio of projects with DHS and/or DoD/DoW related to CONSTANT's mission, capabilities, and targets (nice-to-have)
- Proficiency with ERM and CRM tools (nice-to-have)

Pay
Base salary: $140,000-160,000
