About the role

Lead and execute recruiting strategy that takes into account business need to hire professionals at the tops of their fields who are located all over the country and the world.

Establish and achieve hiring targets in alignment with headcount obligations for Michigan Economic Development Corporation incentive grants.

Develop internal communications and processes for high internal visibility of progress toward achieving hiring targets.

Develop interview process that supports hiring for business culture and values and work intensively with design, engineering, and business functions to improve every employee's effectiveness at identifying the right talent.

Requirements

• 4+ years of recruiting experience conducting national talent searches, preferably at a firm that experienced rapid growth for sustained period of at least 12 months.
• Experience hiring for highly specialized technical roles.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
