Responsibilities

• Representing innovative companies throughout their lifecycle, including business formation, financing transactions, and mergers and acquisitions.
• Working with funds that invest in these companies.
• Handling clients ranging from newly-formed startups to multi-billion dollar technology market leaders.

Requirements

• At least two years of experience in Emerging Companies & Venture Capital (ECVC).
• Experience at a comparable law firm preferred.

• Stellar academic credentials.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Quantitative and Excel skills.
• The ability to manage internal and external client and counsel relationships effectively.

Pay

$235,000 to $365,000 annually, depending on qualifications and experience.
