Emergency Veterinarian - Ethos ER Immerse Mentorship Program – Hillsborough, New Jersey (6 Months Off-Site Training)

About the role

The Ethos ER Immerse Training Program prepares veterinarians for a sustainable and satisfying career in emergency medicine. It offers a unique curriculum focusing on clinical knowledge, professional skills, and client/team communication.

Responsibilities

• Work with a dedicated mentor on shifts
• No on-call responsibilities
• Engage in a competency-based curriculum including asynchronous learning and live virtual didactic rounds
• Rotate through specialty services on occasional elective days
• Participate in regular live continuing education events

Requirements

• Passing the North American Veterinary Licensing Examination (NAVLE)
• Completion of a recognized veterinary residency program in emergency medicine
• Experience in emergency medicine preferred

Qualifications

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree
• Current license to practice veterinary medicine in the United States

Schedule

A 5-day work week consisting of 4 clinical days, 1 didactic day, and 2 days off each week, usually consecutive.

$100,000 during mentorship; post-mentorship salary of $180,000
