Emergency Veterinarian
About the role
You’ll deliver exceptional, real-time care when pets and their families need it most. In this fast-paced environment, you’ll strengthen your triage and critical assessment skills while being supported by a collaborative team that steps in when it matters.
Responsibilities
- Deliver emergency care for sick and injured patients
- Manage hospitalized cases
- Assess and diagnose patients
- Develop and oversee treatment plans
- Partner closely with technicians to ensure high-quality execution of care
- Perform surgeries and deliver critical care
- Maintain an exceptional standard of service for every patient who enters our emergency department
Requirements
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM / VMD) or equivalent degree required
- State Veterinary Board License: Active and in good standing for the state of intended employment
- Obtained prior to start date
- Active DEA license or DEA licensure eligible
- Experience in emergency medicine or completion of small animal rotating or emergency internships is highly recommended

Pay
Compensation negotiable based on credentials and experience with an annual PROSAL full-time range starting at $180K/year. The actual salary offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
Schedule
We are open 7 days a week, year-round, from 10 am until 10 pm.
