About the role

BluePearl Pet Hospital is seeking an experienced Emergency Veterinarian to join their new, state-of-the-art facility in Olympia, WA. This position offers the opportunity to be part of a new and exciting venture, working in a facility that boasts three operating rooms, a dedicated ICU, cat ward, and isolation area.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional emergency and critical care services to our patients.
• Collaborate with a diverse team of specialists, including those in oncology, neurology, and surgery.
• Utilize advanced diagnostic tools, such as MRI and CT, to deliver precise and effective care.
• Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment.

Qualifications

• DVM or VMD degree from an accredited veterinary school.
• Experience in emergency medicine is required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Pay

Average Base + Production Compensation Range: $160,000-$250,000 Plus, a Sign-On Bonus of up to $50,000 Relocation assistance also available!

Schedule

No Non-Compete Clause This position is eligible for production compensation with No Negative Accrual. Production is paid out quarterly.
