About the role

Responsibilities

• Manage your own cases while working closely with specialists for comprehensive patient care.
• Work in a supportive and collaborative environment with on-site social workers and interns.
• Enjoy a competitive compensation package including an average base + production compensation range of $150,000-$200,000 plus a Sign-On Bonus of up to $100,000.
• Benefit from additional ancillary benefits such as shift differentials and weekend differentials.

Requirements

To be considered, candidates must have:

• A Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree.
• Current license to practice veterinary medicine in the state of Wisconsin.
• Experience in emergency and critical care.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess:

• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High level of empathy and compassion for animals.

Skills

The ideal candidate will have:

• Proficiency in diagnostic imaging techniques.
• Knowledge of advanced surgical procedures.
• Experience with emergency protocols and treatment.
