Responsibilities

• Provide emergency care to animals in a timely and efficient manner.
• Perform diagnostic tests and treatments as needed.
• Collaborate with other veterinarians and staff to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Stay updated on the latest veterinary practices and technologies.
• Handle administrative tasks as required.

Requirements

• A Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or Veterinary Medical Doctor (VMD) degree.
• Holding a valid state veterinary license.
• An unwavering commitment to emergency care.
• Self-directed, committed ongoing learner.
• Top-notch decision-making skills and attention to detail.
• Proven ability to solve problems in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with Google Apps for Work and Cornerstone Practice Management software is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Experience with emergency care is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay

Average Base + Production Compensation Range: $160,000-$220,000. Production is paid out quarterly. Pay Range Disclaimer: The compensation range includes average base + production compensation. BluePearl also offers additional ancillary benefits, including, but not limited to, shift differentials and weekend differentials. These ancillary benefits may fluctuate by region and/or hospital. Please discuss specific ancillary benefits with your interviewer.

Schedule

Full-time position with overnight shifts.

Pay and Sign-On Bonus

The sign-on bonus and relocation assistance are available for this position. The average Base + Production Compensation Range is $160,000-$220,000, with production paid out quarterly.
