Emergency Veterinarian

About the role

BluePearl Pet Hospital in Monroeville, PA is seeking Emergency Veterinarians to join our team and be a part of our expanding footprint in the Pittsburgh market.

Responsibilities

• Deliver expert care to critically ill or injured pets in a dynamic environment.
• Utilize cutting-edge diagnostic tools and perform life-saving procedures under the guidance of a multidisciplinary team.
• Communicate clearly with pet owners about medical conditions and treatment plans.
• Contribute to a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.

Requirements

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) degree from an AVMA accredited school, or an ECFV certification.
• Completion of a rotating internship or residency in emergency and critical care preferred but not required.
• Current license to practice veterinary medicine in this state.
• Strong diagnostic and clinical skills, with the ability to make rapid and accurate assessments in emergency situations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate bedside manner.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications
