About the role

Mccabe Restoration, an Endurant Disaster Recovery company, is seeking an Emergency Services Specialist I - Contents to support the recovery and restoration of residential and commercial properties impacted by fire, water, storm, and other property losses.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to emergency calls involving property contents affected by fire, water, mold, or other damages.
• Conduct detailed assessments and inventories of damaged contents to determine restoration or replacement needs.
• Cook up and execute contents pack-out, cleaning, storage, and pack-back processes in accordance with industry best practices.
• Maintain accurate documentation and reports for insurance claims and client communications.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all phases of emergency response and restoration.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Basic knowledge of contents restoration and emergency response procedures.
• The ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• A physical ability to lift and move heavy objects and work in challenging environments.

• Strong organizational skills are essential for managing inventories and coordinating logistics during emergency responses.
• Communication skills facilitate clear interactions with clients, insurance representatives, and team members, which is vital for smooth operations and accurate documentation.
