About the role
We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for our Emergency Department, providing direct patient care, assessment, diagnosis, planning, and evaluation within established nursing standards.
Responsibilities
- Promoting patient and family-centered care
- Educating patients on illness management and post-treatment needs
- Ensuring patient safety
- Participating in quality and regulatory activities
- Developing individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team and patients
Qualifications
Qualifications include an active RN license and a nursing diploma or associate's degree; a bachelor's degree and less than 2 years of experience are preferred. Ideal candidates will have ED experience and a commitment to professional growth.
