Emergency Room (RN) (FT) (NIGHTS)

About the Role

Provides direct patient care including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within established nursing standards. Promotes patient and family-centered care, educates on illness management, and ensures safety, quality, and regulatory compliance. Collaborates with the healthcare team to develop, document, and communicate individualized care plans, considering patient preferences and needs. Utilizes critical nursing skills to evaluate physical, psychosocial, and emotional aspects of care. Maintains a safe environment and upholds professional development.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Nursing Diploma or Associate's degree (Bachelor's preferred).
• Active RN license.
• No experience required; less than 2 years preferred if holding a Bachelor's degree.

Schedule

Full-time nights, 3 × 12-hour shifts per week.
