We need to output HTML fragment with headings for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. We must not repeat job title. Remove boilerplate like EEO, legal, etc. Also remove application instructions. Preserve all substantive info.
We need to parse the posting.
Let's extract sections:
- Additional Information About The Role Part TimeRotate Overview (maybe "Additional Information About The Role" is heading). Then description about hospital.
We need to decide sections: "About the role" likely includes overview of hospital and role purpose.
"Responsibilities" list.
"Requirements" maybe includes Minimum Requirements.
"Qualifications" maybe Preferred Qualifications.
"Skills" maybe not explicit; we could skip if not present.
"Benefits" present.
"Pay" not present (no salary). So skip Pay.
"Schedule" maybe part time indicated but not explicit schedule details. The posting says "Part Time" but no schedule details. Should we include Schedule? The rule: never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless posting actually states them. It says Part Time but not schedule details like shifts. Might be considered schedule info? It says "Part Time" but not specifics. Likely we should not create Schedule section because no specific schedule content. We'll skip.
Now we need to format.

Let's extract content.
First, "Additional Information About The Role Part TimeRotate Overview Missouri Baptist Sullivan Hospital is a designated critical access hospital ..." This is a paragraph describing hospital. We'll put under About the role.
Then "Preferred Qualifications Role Purpose Provides direct patient care activities including assessment, diagnosis, planning implementation, and evaluation within the guidelines of the standards of nursing care." This seems like role purpose; could be part of About the role or maybe Qualifications. But we have a separate Preferred Qualifications heading later.
Let's parse the text:
"Additional Information About The Role Part TimeRotate Overview Missouri Baptist Sullivan Hospital is a designated critical access hospital committed to providing quality health care service to residents in Crawford, Franklin and Washington counties. It is not designed to contain or be interpreted as an exhaustive list of all responsibilities, duties and qualifications required of employees assigned to this job. Equal Opportunity Employer"
We need to strip boilerplate: "Equal Opportunity Employer", "The above information..." maybe considered boilerplate? It's a disclaimer about description not exhaustive. Might be considered legal boilerplate; we should remove. Also "Benefits and Legal Statement" heading but we will keep benefits content.
We need to keep benefits details: Comprehensive medical, dental, vison (typo for vision), life insurance, and legal services available first day of the month after hire date; Disability insurance* paid for by BJC; Annual 4% BJC Automatic Retirement Contribution; 401(k) plan with BJC match; Tuition Assistance available on first day; BJC Institute for Learning and Development; Health Care and Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts; Paid Time Off benefit combines vacation, sick days, holidays and personal time; Adoption assistance.
We need to keep that as list.
Now sections:
About the role: include hospital overview and maybe role purpose? The role purpose is under "Preferred Qualifications Role Purpose". Actually the text "Preferred Qualifications Role Purpose Provides direct patient care activities..." seems like a heading "Preferred Qualifications" then "Role Purpose". But later there is "Preferred Requirements Education Bachelor's Degree Nursing Experience". Hmm confusing.
Let's try to parse logically:
After responsibilities, there is "BJC has determined this is a safety-sensitive position..." then "Minimum Requirements Education Nursing Diploma/Associate's Nursing Experience No Experience Supervisor Experience No Experience Licenses & Certifications RN". Then "Preferred Requirements Education Bachelor's Degree Nursing Experience". Then "Benefits and Legal Statement".
Thus we have:
- Minimum Requirements: Education Nursing Diploma/Associate's; Nursing Experience No Experience; Supervisor Experience No Experience; Licenses & Certifications RN.
- Preferred Requirements: Education Bachelor's Degree; Nursing Experience (maybe some experience? It just says Nursing Experience, unclear). Could be "Preferred Requirements Education Bachelor's Degree Nursing Experience". Means preferred: Bachelor's degree and nursing experience (maybe some). We'll capture as list.
- Preferred Qualifications earlier? Actually earlier we saw "Preferred Qualifications Role Purpose". Might be misplaced. Let's treat "Preferred Qualifications" as a section containing Role Purpose? But role purpose is more about what the role does, could be under About the role or Responsibilities. However we already have Responsibilities list.
Better to follow typical structure: About the role (overview), Responsibilities (list), Requirements (minimum), Qualifications (preferred), Benefits.
We'll extract:
About the role: hospital overview paragraph (first big paragraph). Also maybe include role purpose? But role purpose is "Provides direct patient care activities including assessment, diagnosis, planning implementation, and evaluation within the guidelines of the standards of nursing care." That seems like a summary of role purpose; could be placed under About the role as a paragraph.
Responsibilities: list items after "Responsibilities". Let's extract each sentence separated by periods.
Responsibilities text: "Promotes patient and family centered care in a healing environment. Educates patients and their families on how to manage their illness or injury, including post treatment home care needs and medication administration.Participates in activities that promote patient safety, quality and regulatory compliance. Participates in professional development.Develops, implements, and documents individual plans of care with defined goals in collaboration with other members of the interprofessional team and patient, family or caregiver in accordance with the established guidelines and standards of nursing care. Proactively plans and ensures communication of the plan of care across the continuum of care.Uses critical nursing skills to assess and evaluate physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs according to standards of care. Assess patient preferences and barriers to involvement in care, including their values, emotional, spiritual, cultural, and population-specific needs.BJC has determined this is a safety-sensitive position. The ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner is an essential function of this job."
We need to split into list items. Each sentence ends with period. Some have no space after period (e.g., "administration.Participates"). We'll handle.
List items:
- Promotes patient and family centered care in a healing environment.
- Educates patients and their families on how to manage their illness or injury, including post treatment home care needs and medication administration.
- Participates in activities that promote patient safety, quality and regulatory compliance.
- Participates in professional development.
- Develops, implements, and documents individual plans of care with defined goals in collaboration with other members of the interprofessional team and patient, family or caregiver in accordance with the established guidelines and standards of nursing care.
- Proactively plans and ensures communication of the plan of care across the continuum of care.
- Uses critical nursing skills to assess and evaluate physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs according to standards of care.
- Assess patient preferences and barriers to involvement in care, including their values, emotional, spiritual, cultural, and population-specific needs.
- BJC has determined this is a safety-sensitive position.
- The ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner is an essential function of this job.
Now Minimum Requirements: after "Minimum Requirements Education Nursing Diploma/Associate's Nursing Experience No Experience Supervisor Experience No Experience Licenses & Certifications RN". We need to parse into list.
Items:
- Education: Nursing Diploma/Associate's
- Nursing Experience: No Experience
- Supervisor Experience: No Experience
- Licenses & Certifications: RN
Now Preferred Requirements: after "Preferred Requirements Education Bachelor's Degree Nursing Experience". Likely:
- Education: Bachelor's Degree
- Nursing Experience: (some experience) maybe unspecified; we can keep as "Nursing Experience" (maybe means some experience). We'll keep as item.
Now Benefits: list as earlier.
Now we need to output HTML with headings
for each section that has content. We'll have sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements (maybe combine Minimum and Preferred? Could separate Minimum Requirements and Preferred Qualifications). The rules allow sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We can use Requirements for minimum, Qualifications for preferred. We'll not use Skills. Thus:
About the role
...hospital overview... plus role purpose?
