About the Role

The Registered Nurse (RN) provides high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced clinical setting, collaborating with medical teams to assess, perform, teach, and manage patient care.

Responsibilities

• Conducts patient assessments
• Manages pain and performs procedures
• Documents care accurately
• Responds promptly to patient needs
• Educates patients and families about medical conditions, treatments, medications, and lifestyle modifications to promote self-management
• Delivers individualized care and advocates for patients
• Promotes positive clinical outcomes and supports departmental performance

Requirements

• Must hold an active RN license
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in nursing

Qualifications

• Basic and Advanced Cardiac Life Support certifications
• Nonviolent Crisis Intervention certification
• PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) certification (to be obtained within specified timeframes)
