About the role
The Registered Nurse provides high-quality, patient-centered care in collaboration with the care team, following standards and scope of practice.
Responsibilities
- Assess patient pain and perform procedures
- Document care and respond promptly to patient needs
- Educate patients and families about medical conditions, treatments, medications, and lifestyle changes to promote self-management
- Deliver compassionate care and advocate for patients
- Ensure accurate documentation
- Collaborate effectively with healthcare providers to achieve optimal clinical outcomes
Requirements
- Minimum of 1+ year RN experience
- Certifications: Basic and Advanced Cardiac Life Support, Nonviolent Crisis Intervention, PALS, and Trauma Nursing Core Course (within specified timeframes)
- Associate, bachelor's, or master's degree in nursing
