• Managing budgets and ensuring regulatory compliance
• Mentoring nursing staff and collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
• Driving performance improvement to deliver high-quality, patient-centered emergency care
• Lead ER operations, foster a culture of compassion and teamwork, and support staff development to ensure optimal emergency care delivery
