Proven outside sales experience — you know how to negotiate, close, and secure signed contracts.
Comfortable talking with property owners, neighbors, first responders, and competitors on scene.
Self-starter — strong time management and accountability without daily supervision.
Resilient under pressure — stays focused through rejection and high-stress situations.
Reads people quickly and adjusts approach as circumstances shift.
No degree required.

Key Responsibilities
- Monitor emergency alerts from fire departments, arrive promptly at fire-damaged properties to assess damage, and establish contact with property owners
- Sell emergency restoration and construction services, secure signed service agreements and coordinate immediate emergency services if needed
- Industry specific training provided
- Explain the restoration process clearly and set realistic expectations with clients.
- Cook up with office staff on client status, follow-ups, and scheduling to ensure a seamless transition from emergency response to restoration.
- Document daily site visits and lead activity.
- Attend weekly morning team meetings at our office.
- Manage your own schedule and route across the service territory.
Preferred Background
- Familiarity with property insurance claims.
- Basic understanding of water, fire, or mold remediation.
- Construction, emergency services, or related industry experience.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and reliable personal vehicle.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
Schedule
Full-time expected 40 hours per week
Monday to Friday
May require nights & weekends
Able to work beyond a 40-hour work week as needed to complete goals & responsibilities
Compensation
$100,000 annual salary + 4% on mitigation sales
During the first 90 days (probationary/training period), compensation is $20/hour. Full commission earnings on any sales closed during this period are still paid in addition to the hourly rate.
