EVCC is seeking a skilled Veterinary Website Development Specialist to join our team. We are a leading provider of veterinary website solutions and are looking for someone who can help us continue to grow and innovate in the field.

About the role

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in web development, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Experience with WordPress, SEO best practices, and mobile responsiveness is preferred. This position requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop custom websites for veterinary practices
• Ensure all websites meet accessibility standards
• Optimize websites for search engines
• Implement responsive design to ensure optimal viewing on various devices
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide recommendations for website improvements
• Stay up-to-date with the latest web technologies and trends

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in web development
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Experience with WordPress and SEO best practices
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• Knowledge of web accessibility guidelines (e.g. WCAG)
• Experience with front-end frameworks such as React or Angular
