Emergency Operations Analyst I (Onsite)

About the role

Responsible for the development and maintenance of Emergency Operations documentation including Continuity of Operations Plan (COOP), Business Impact Analysis (BIA), Disaster Recovery Plans, and Cyber Response Plans.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate teams and meetings of Phoebe leaders to ensure documentation is created and reviewed as defined by policy.
• Assist with Phoebe and community drills related to emergency management.
• Research industry standards for emergency management.
• Adhere to hospital and departmental attendance and punctuality guidelines.
• Perform all job responsibilities in alignment with the core values, mission, and vision of the organization.
• Complete other duties as required and all job functions as per departmental policies and procedures.
• Maintain current knowledge in present areas of responsibility through self-education and ongoing educational programs.
• Attend staff meetings and complete mandatory in-services, requirements, and competency evaluations on time.
• For non-clinical areas, attend training and demonstrate the usage of age-specific customer service skills.

Requirements

• 2-year / Associate Degree (Required)
• 4-year / Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)
• Project Management Experience (Preferred)
• Plan Design experience (Preferred)
• COOP and Emergency Management experience (Preferred)
• National Incident Management System (NIMS) experience (Preferred)
