Description

Cape Cod Veterinary Specialists (CCVS) offers a 24-month Emergency Mentorship Program for recent veterinary graduates eager to explore emergency medicine. The program provides intensive, hands-on mentorship with experienced criticalists and senior emergency associates, along with didactic rounds to strengthen clinical reasoning and decision-making skills.

Mentorship & Skill Development

• One-on-one coaching and structured skill-building sessions
• Participation in didactic rounds
• Collaborative and educational environment with support from skilled nursing staff and clinicians

Requirements

• Graduate from an AVMA-accredited veterinary college (or equivalent)
• Eligible for a license to practice in the U.S.
• ECFVG or similar certification required for non-AVMA-approved graduates

Compensation & Growth

• 0-90 days: $120K/year
• 91-180 days: $133,280/year
• 181-270 days: $146,560/year
• 271 days-24 months: $160K/year
• Become eligible for a pooled bonus program after 12 months
