About the role

BluePearl Pet Hospital in Clearwater, FL, offers an Emergency Veterinarian mentorship training program called EmERge. This program aims to help you become a successful Emergency Veterinarian through one-on-one guided mentorship.

Responsibilities

• Receive one-to-one peer guided mentorship in emergency medicine.

Requirements

• Must be a graduate of an AVMA accredited veterinary school or have the ECFVG certification.
• Must have passed (or pending) the NAVLE.
• Must have (or be eligible for) a license to practice in the state of interest.

Pay

• Phase one salary (Weeks 1-14): $120,000
• Phase two salary (Weeks 15-32): $120,000
• Phase three salary (Weeks 33-52): full-time ER Clinician market rate salary plus quarterly production bonus

Schedule

• One year training program followed by a one-year post-EmERge commitment.
• Phases: Bootcamp (Weeks 1-14), Specialty Rotations (Weeks 15-32), and Independent Case Management (Weeks 33-52).
