The University of Florida, Department of Emergency Medicine, seeks a motivated Emergency Medicine Physician to join our team. You will provide high-quality patient care in a collaborative setting, supporting the department's commitment to innovation and excellence in emergency medicine.

Focused on delivering outstanding clinical service in a novel care model, you will collaborate with a dedicated and excellence-driven team to shape the future of emergency care at our new Ocala Neighborhood Hospital.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care in a collaborative setting.
• Collaborate with nursing, advanced practice providers, and hospital leadership.
• Facilitate smooth transfers to higher-acuity care when needed.
• Champion a positive patient experience in a fast-paced setting.

Requirements

• Licensed to practice medicine in accordance with Chapter 458, Florida Statutes* plus four years of appropriate experience.
• Completion of a residency program may substitute for the required experience.

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Emergency Medicine.
• Qualified for licensure in the State of Florida.
• Federal DEA Certification.
