- Employment benefits with a benefit value over $65,000 per year
- Base salary: $471,265/year ($251/hour)
- Day shift: $490,116/year ($261.81/hour)
- Night shift: $100,000 recruitment bonus + $276.92/hr (day); $301.09/hr (night)
- 1620 hours/year for full-time
- Annual CME allowance of $6,000
- Employer paid liability insurance and tail coverage

Qualifications
- BC/BE with a board certification within 3 years of becoming eligible
- Completed an ER Residency Program or ER Fellowship
- Graduate of a medical/osteopathic medical school
- Licensed or eligible for State of Iowa physician license; Iowa Controlled Substance Certificate and Federal DEA Certificate
