About the role
This is a Freestanding Emergency Department. ED Volume: 18,000 visits annually, averaging 53 visits per day. ED Beds: 12 with 2 resuscitation bays. Staffing Model: 24 hours of Physician coverage, 10-12 hours of APP coverage. EMR: Epic. Full-service, Freestanding Emergency Department (FSED) with dedicated CT and 24/7 Radiology reads, GlideScope and Sonosite PX ultrasound, helipad on-site. Coverage includes all UM Shore locations (Easton, Cambridge, and Chestertown).
