• Adult psychiatry evaluations and placement managed by 24/7 UH telehealth
• Sexual Assault Nurse Examiner (SANE) program
• Glidescope, Ambuscope, and standardized difficult‑airway carts for airway management
• Attending physician backup for EM APPs available in person 24/7
• Residents rotate in the ED
