Community Erie is a beautiful, medium‑sized city on the south central shores of Lake Erie, situated between Cleveland, OH, Buffalo, NY and Pittsburgh, PA, and recently ranked among the nation's most livable communities. The area offers beautiful suburban and urban neighborhoods, lakeside developments, tree‑lined streets with Victorian homes, and excellent public and private schools. Recreational options abound: arts and culture (Erie Philharmonic, Erie Art Museum, theatre companies), semi‑professional and professional sports (Seawolves baseball, Otters – Ontario Hockey League), collegiate sports (Gannon University, Mercyhurst College, Edinboro University, Penn State‑Behrend), a local NASCAR track, and outdoor activities at Presque Isle State Park beaches, the Seaway Trail, and winter pursuits such as skiing, snowmobiling, and ice skating. Family‑friendly attractions include Waldameer amusement park, Splash Lagoon indoor waterpark, the Children's Museum, and more. Erie was named the “best summer destination in Pennsylvania” by TravelPulse, hosts the largest medical school in the country (Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine), and is renowned for grape growing and wine production (third‑largest in the U.S.). The Erie International Airport provides numerous daily flights and connections.

You got into medicine to do one thing: care for patients. You've come to the right place. Ours is a Physician‑owned group, the largest in the nation, meaning we have built a model that allows our Physicians to focus on our mission: to care for patients. It also means we are built to last, with the size, resources, and opportunities of a national company. At USACS you will get ownership in the group, access to the very best post‑residency continuing medical education in the nation, and a culture devoted to constant improvement by practicing evidence‑based medicine. But most importantly, you’ll get colleagues who, as leaders of their own destiny, are committed to a culture of shared ownership over our common goal: outstanding patient care.
